1. RETURN POLICY

We strive to provide each and every customer with an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. We really hope the product you have chosen and purchased from us will bring you only enjoyment. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our current Return Policy:

Returns are allowed within 30 days from delivery date.

The returned item must have the original bag and tag should be intact, not be damaged and the product must be unused.

Jewelry must be in good condition with all accessories (if any). Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return.  All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return.

If there is damage to an item upon delivery, contact our Customer Support immediately via box@fishishere.colma.do for assistance.

Exchange of items can be possible in some cases and is a subject to discuss with Customer Support.

Please mind, there is no free return shipping, all reaturns are sent at customer’s expense.

2. REFUNDS

Any purchase in our on-line store is 100% protected. You can request a refund for ordered products if:

You do not receive them within the guaranteed time including 2-5 days processing, but no exceeding 90 days (for International Shipping);

You receive the wrong item;

You do not want the product you have received and would like to return it.

Refund is issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged. For transaction security purposes, reimbursement is made only through the original payment method.

We do not issue the Refund if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);

Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

3. HOW TO REQUEST RETURN AND/OR REFUND

To request Return/Exchange or Refund you need to contact us by email: box@fishishere.colma.do

We kindly ask you to specify your Order Number/User Name/Return or Refund Request in the Subject Line of your Email.

Customer Service will process your request promtly and reply you back with confirmation of the shipping address.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

Once you placed an order, it is automatically to be considered that you have read, understood and agreed to Return and Refund Policy.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours.

Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

However, we reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of payment method and to modify or cancel any order due to system error or unforeseen problems.

After your order has been cancelled you can receive full refund at once.

5. RETURN & REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

As mentioned above, all returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of product in original packaging with tags on.

Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. Please allow us up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and refund to be initiated.

We will contact you with refund confirmation details as soon as it is made.

According to the way of payment you used the refund transaction time may vary up 3-5 business days.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and can be changed or cancelled by customer’s request but no later than 12 hours since the payment has been accepted.
